Southern California born artist, Melinda Jones, creates really beautiful artwork that I find so appealing that I want to fill my home with it...especially my work studio. The portraits of MLK and the Dalai Lama are my favorite! She uses a fantastic mix of mediums: acrylic paint, watercolor crayons, rice paper, tissue paper, stampings made of rubber stamps, and glitter. If you check out her website @www.melindajonesart.com, you will find she is also an experienced make-up artist, an interior decorator who offers design consultations, and if that isn't enough for you to want to meet her, she is a singer/song writer too.
